Our Resume Writing Process

SELECTION: Our process begins with an initial review to see if we are the best fit for your project and to obtain a quote. We are available by email, phone, or form on the Contact Us page for initial service requests. Project selection is dependent upon service needs; whether you have an existing résumé or need to build from scratch; the amount of information provided for review and more.
ORDER: After discussion, we will provide a resume/CV and cover letter (if desired) quote, then project agreement, and invoice if accepted. To proceed with the order, submit payment of PayPal invoice, return signed project agreement, and submit all documents. CONSULT: We review initial information submitted and create a personalized questionnaire to gather any additional information needed prior to the one-hour phone consultation. After we receive the completed questionnaire, we send a link to schedule the phone conference to discuss background, position details, and career goals.
1ST DRAFT After the consultation, we deliver the first resume/CV draft within ten (10) working business days (basic delivery). We will await the client’s review and request for any modifications and incorporate for any subsequent drafts (1-5 days for edits, depending on level of edits) . We continue this process until all changes desired are completed.
FINAL: We consider the document complete when the client is satisfied and desires no further changes. At that time, we deliver the resume/CV in all formats, create any other documents ordered.
